Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If it has fit or quality issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at  teesmock@gmail.com:

Step1: Share your order and proof of payment details on our mail id/ Whatsapp No.

Step2: Post verification of your payment, you'll be asked to send your shipment to asked address (it may take 4-5 days)

Step 3: Post recieving the return item the refund will be issued to you on your original model of payment.

Note: Product shipping charges and any other additional cost will be bear by customer, the same will be deducted while refunding. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cash on Delivery (COD): 

COD is available only upon payment of advance of Rs. 200/- balance amount can by paid when actual delivery is made, the same is to avoid any unintentional avoidance of delivery to actual customers.

For all COD Orders we'll ask for Advance payment of Rs. 200 via WhatsApp post recieving your order. 

Without advance payment No delivery will be made to COD Orders
